GrayMatter & Pharma Manufacturer Modernize Systems to Enhance Management and Efficiency

Enhancing Efficiency

GrayMatter is working with a pharmaceutical manufacturer to consolidate and upgrade its existing systems for enhanced management and efficiency.

The manufacturer operates iFIX and WIN-911 nodes, each with different versions and process strings.

To streamline maintenance and supportability, we migrate these systems onto a single set of virtual servers. This consolidation includes upgrading iFIX on both systems, migrating data into a common historian database, upgrading the alarm and events database, and integrating it with the new historian.

This project is crucial for their pharmaceutical research and development activities, requiring meticulous handling and significant updates to outdated systems.
