GrayMatter provided a comprehensive digital transformation solution, focusing on the implementation of GE Smart Factory Cloud at key sites. The solution included:

Services: Historian, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) hosted on AWS

Software: GE Smart Factory Cloud, leveraging out-of-the-box functionalities to minimize the need for custom solutions.

Integration: Seamless integration with the customer's existing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Warehouse Management System (WMS) via REST API.

GrayMatter worked with the client to digitize dozens of daily checks and tracking sheets, eliminating the cumbersome manual process.
