GrayMatter Expands with E-Merge Acquisition

GrayMatter acquired E-Merge Systems LLC in December 2020 as part of a strategic merger. E-Merge operates as a wholly-owned subsidiary of GrayMatter with offices in offices in Ashland, VA (Primary), Virginia Beach, VA, and Newark, DE, serving major manufacturers, transit authorities, energy providers and water/wastewater agencies across the Mid-Atlantic. Our combined team of engineers provide four core industrial technology solutions: Advanced Industrial Analytics, Automation & Controls, Brilliant Operations and OT Cybersecurity/MDR.
