GrayMatter Expands to Missouri with Acquisition of Automation & Control Concepts

GrayMatter acquired Automation & Control Concepts LLC in July 2023 as part of a strategic merger. ACC operates as a wholly-owned subsidiary of GrayMatter in St. Louis, Missouri. ACC works with major manufacturing and food and beverage companies including Nestlé Purina PetCare and Anheuser-Busch, both of which have corporate headquarters in Downtown St. Louis, near ACC’s home office. GrayMatter adds significant capabilities to ACC’s talented team under our four core industrial technology solutions: Advanced Industrial Analytics, Automation & Controls, Brilliant Operations and OT Cybersecurity/MDR.

Founded in 1996, GrayMatter’s Missouri-based team has deep experience earned from completing more than 4,500 projects in electrical design, PLC programming, HMI/SCADA design, and MES data collection and analysis.
More than 90% of new projects come from repeat customers.
