How do I get to the island?

Put-in-Bay (PIB) is a unique, beautiful location for our user group. Here's some helpful details on how to get there:

By Car
You will drive to Port Clinton, Ohio to catch the Jet Express ferry. You can leave your car in their paid parking lot for a reasonable rate. The ferry runs every hour from 8:30 AM to 10:15 PM. You can find the schedule here. You will take the ferry across Lake Erie to downtown PIB which is a 7-min walk or 5-min golf cart ride to the PIB resort, where our conference is held.

There is an additional ferry service, the Miller Ferry, that allows passengers and their cars, but the Jet Express is our recommended ferry due to its proximity to the resort.

By Plane
You can fly into either the Cleveland, Ohio airport or the Detroit, Michigan airport. Each of them are a little-over-an-hour drive to Port Clinton, Ohio where you will catch the Jet Express ferry. For additional ferry information, please see above.

What's the dress code?

We like to call it "Island Business Casual". Attendees in the past have worn khakis or slacks and polos, button-downs or golf attire - but please wear what you feel comfortable in.
