Job Descriptions:
We are looking for a courteous and professional person to fill the role of customer care/Inside sales in our Mississauga Office. The position will require the applicant to answer phones and emails from customers across Canada inquiring about our software and services. This is not a technical position but you will be expected to learn about the licensing of our software in order to respond to some basic inquiries and help those customers find the appropriate resource. You are also responsible to back up your outside sales team by preparing customer quotes, entering and tracking orders and fulfilling customer requests. The position also requires you to coordinate the availability of office resources and planning our customer events. There may be other tasks assigned within an office context that are not listed here.

Hours are 8:30 am to 5pm.
Required Skills:
2+ years of Customer Service/Inside Sales experience.
Experience working successfully on the phone and email.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Office especially MS Word and MS Excel).
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Should be able to work under pressure.
Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
Teamwork skills are essential; outgoing (sense of humor not required but very helpful)

Solutions will include substation monitoring, operator Interface software, control solutions for turbine, BoP and auxiliaries, process control systems, and addressing NERC compliance. Also, SCADA for Distribution and Transmission, reliability monitoring or vibration monitoring and related computer software and hardware products. We're looking for dynamic individuals to sell in a consultative manner, 3 to 5 years of Power Market experience.
Specific account knowledge and sales experience of RTUs, PLC, DCS, or process software is a plus. BS in Engineering desired.
