Job Descriptions:
We are looking for a courteous and professional person to fill the role of customer care/Inside sales. The position will require the applicant to answer phones and emails from customers across Canada inquiring about our software and services. This is not a technical position but you will be expected to learn about the licensing of our software in order to respond to some basic inquiries and help those customers find the appropriate resource.
You are also responsible to back up your outside sales team by preparing customer quotes, entering and tracking orders and fulfilling customer requests.
The position also requires you to coordinate the availability of office resources and planning our customer events.
There may be other tasks assigned within an office context that are not listed here.
Required Skills:
Bilingual is a must in English and in French (spoken and written).
Minimum of 2 years in a CSR/Inside Sales position
Post Secondary Education
Strong computer literacy (MS Office especially MS Word and MS Excel)

We have immediate openings in our Gray Matter Systems – Canada Division for experienced and motivated Application Sales person with the ability to sell process monitoring and MES related Software Products.
We're looking for dynamic individuals to sell in a consultative manner to the Southern Ontario market, 3 to 5 years of application and/or engineering sales experience is required..
